AKIN is a tiered loyalty program: the more you travel with participating properties, the higher your tier and the better your perks. Your tier is tied to your account and recognised across the whole network, not just at one property.
The number of tiers, their names, and exactly what it takes to reach each one are part of the live program configuration — they can be tuned as the program evolves, so we don't hardcode the thresholds here where they could go stale.
For the current, authoritative requirements, ask the assistant "what does it take to reach each tier?" — it reads the live tier requirements and lists each tier in order with what qualifies you. To see your own tier and how close you are to the next one, check your account.
